Support and advise our Accounting, Finance, and Business Acquisitions team on cross-border acquisitions, conducting due diligence, analysing and drafting transaction documents, and following post-completion integrations.Handle cross-border commercial contracts with vendors and customers—initial drafting and review of confidentiality, consulting, licensing, SaaS, and other technology-related agreements, while applying your judgment to validate terms and manage risk.Partner with product teams on global launches by drafting external communications, legal terms, and policies—leveraging AI to produce first drafts efficiently and focusing your expertise on accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment.Partner cross-functionally and collaborate with outside counsel to deliver practical legal advice and risk mitigation strategies on a broad range of topics—including technology, product, marketing, commercial and regulatory matters, intellectual property, consumer protection, and AI governance.Handle disputes and litigation in the US and abroad, coordinating with external advisers and ensuring alignment across business functions.Build scalable legal tools. Monitor legal and regulatory developments and proactively identify opportunities to unlock value and address evolving business needs.You think from first principles, and structure your ideas sharply. You're always happy to get your hands dirty to help your team. Proficiency in English.
