Head of Operations & Business Management

Overview Supervises the daily functions of the set up, account managers and underwriting staff. Effectively explains to the department staff how to open, process and underwrite loans in accordance with company policies and procedures. Assists with staff’s training.

Responsibilities Performs managerial duties including: hiring, corrective action, performance reviews, counseling and work scheduling.

Ensures quality and compliance of work with company policy and procedures.

Develops and implements formal and informal training programs.

Accountable for PLR resolution working with internal and external personnel and/or customers, escalating decisions as directed.

Five to seven years of underwriting experience, plus three to five years of division management experience.

Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
