Receptionist (Temp Position)
Century Fire Protection
This position may provide a variety of administrative support to one or more divisions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Answer, screen, and forward phone calls.
Respond to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner.
Operate standard office equipment, including fax machine, copy machine, and computer.
Assist with a variety of administrative tasks, as required to support the division(s).
Education and/or Experience High School Diploma and two or more years related experience. Requires strong phone skills and a high level of customer service.
Computer Skills Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
