Hourly BCBA Position
$100 per hourAlight Behavioral Therapy
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate in-person BCBA to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, providing high-quality behavioral therapy and support. Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations for clients with autism and developmental disabilities.
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on data collection and analysis.
Provide direct behavioral therapy to clients in various settings, ensuring adherence to best practices.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Train and supervise staff in the implementation of behavior intervention strategies.
Collect and analyze data to track client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Stay current with research, trends, and best practices in the field of behavior analysis.
BCBA certification required.
Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities is preferred.
Proficiency in medical documentation practices and understanding of HIPAA regulations.
Strong skills in diagnostic evaluation and behavioral therapy techniques.
Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data effectively.
A commitment to ongoing professional development in the field of behavior analysis.
