BCBA - In-Person Therapist (NC LBA Required)

Job Summary:

At Alight Behavioral Therapy, we provide personalized, in-home ABA therapy and autism evaluations, all designed to help children on the autism spectrum reach their full potential. As a BCBA - In-Person Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children in the comfort of their own homes. We are seeking a licensed and experienced BCBA to join our team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children with autism.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home ABA therapy sessions with children on the autism spectrum, utilizing evidence-based treatment plans and protocols

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, including behavioral assessments, functional analysis, and skill acquisition strategies

• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency across all environments

• Monitor and document client progress, adapting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions, including session notes, progress reports, and billing information

• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities to stay current with best practices and industry advancements

Requirements:

• NC LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) certification

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or related field

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)

• Strong understanding of ABA principles and treatment approaches

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational and time management skills
