San Francisco Post-Acute is seeking dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dedicated healthcare team. We are looking for professionals who are committed to providing exceptional resident care in a fast-paced post-acute care environment.

Available Shift

Full Time Weekdays and Weekends

Part Time- AM Weekdays

Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the nursing team.

Respond promptly to call lights and assist residents with daily care needs.

Provide compassionate care while promoting resident comfort, dignity, and safety.

Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility policies and procedures.

Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification/license.

Previous skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred but not required.
