HR Generalist (Logistics/Supply Chain)

Talent Acquisition
Lead full-cycle recruiting for the warehouse operations team - job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Partner with warehouse leadership to forecast hiring needs and bring in top operational talent.
HR Operations & Compliance
Own day-to-day HR operations: benefits administration, employee records, and HR documentation, with accuracy and confidentiality.
S. federal and state labor laws, and keep HR policies current and consistently applied.
Drive engagement, recognition, and team-building programs that strengthen company culture.
Office & Administration
~ Oversee general office management, including supplies, facilities, and team events.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of HR generalist experience.
- Professional proficiency in Chinese speaking and reading is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; able to handle confidential information with discretion.
