Server Position at Quail Springs Culinary

As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests by providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service. Your primary objective is to ensure customer satisfaction by accurately taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing any guest needs or concerns promptly. You will collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate timely and accurate delivery of orders. High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred but not required.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.

Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.

Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system.

Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring order accuracy and presentation standards.

Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate order timing and delivery.

Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.

Organizational skills help you manage multiple tables and tasks simultaneously, maintaining smooth service flow. Preferred skills such as knowledge of food safety ensure compliance with health regulations, contributing to a safe dining environment. Additionally, multitasking and teamwork skills are vital for coordinating with kitchen staff and handling busy periods efficiently.
