Job Description\n American Traveler is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Elizabethtown, Kentucky.Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: Home Health\n Discipline: RN\n Start Date: ASAP\n Duration: 13 weeks\n 40 hours per week\n Shift: 8 hours, days\n Employment Type: Travel\n \n Assignment Overview\n \n Shift: Days, 5x8hrs\n Hours: 40 hrs/wk\n Start Date: Jul 20, 2026\n Length: 13 weeks\n Openings: 1\n Description\n American Traveler is seeking an experienced Home Health RN with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) charting experience for a 13-week travel assignment covering a multi-county territory in Kentucky.Details\n \n Home health care setting serving adult patients across Marion, Washington, Taylor, LaRue, Hardin, Meade, and Breckenridge Counties in Kentucky\n Caseload of approximately 30 adult patients with a point target of 6.5 points per day\n Responsibilities include start of care (SOC), recertifications, and daily visits\n Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with a rotating weekend shift (8am–5pm)\n No on-call requirements\n Clinical support available from a clinical manager or educator 24/7 for emergencies, and 8am–5pm for general needs\n EMR: Homecare Homebase (HCHB) — experience required\n Requirements\n \n Active KY RN license or compact (NLC) license currently in hand — pending licenses not accepted\n Current BLS certification required — pending certifications not accepted\n Minimum 1 year of Med/Surg experience in a hospital setting required\n Home health experience required — no exceptions\n Homecare Homebase (HCHB) charting experience required — no exceptions\n Two professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months, and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years — must include dates of employment and eligibility for rehire\n Copy of driver's license required for consideration\n Additional Information\n \n Orientation consists of approximately 2 weeks working alongside a workcoach on initial visits\n Phone and tablet will be provided for use in the field\n Holiday rotation required\n Scrubs required (no color restriction)\n Local candidates are accepted for this position\n \n \n American Traveler Job ID #P-729841.
