We are a growing team of practicing MDs, AI scientists, PhDs, creatives, technologists, and engineers working together to empower people and make care make more sense. We are looking for a University Recruiter to help us identify and hire exceptional emerging talent with the ability, drive, and mission alignment to build meaningful careers here.

That includes exceptional candidates from leading universities as well as community colleges, bootcamps, apprenticeships, career transitions, and other paths.

You will own recruiting for interns and early career talent, primarily across software engineering, while helping us expand into other functions over time.

This is an opportunity for someone who loves recruiting, exercises strong judgment, and is energized by building a program—not simply inheriting one.

This role is based in our San Francisco office and requires being in the office three days per week.

This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in our San Francisco office, with flexibility for remote work on other days.

What You’ll Do Own end-to-end intern and early career recruiting, initially focused on software engineering

Partner with our Early Talent Program Manager to build and execute a differentiated hiring strategy

Find exceptional candidates across universities, technical communities, bootcamps, apprenticeships, and other talent channels including event strategies

Use pipeline data and hiring outcomes to continually improve our approach

Build the systems and partnerships needed to scale the program

What You’ll Bring Experience recruiting software engineers, ideally including interns or early career talent

Enough technical fluency to evaluate engineering profiles and partner credibly with hiring managers

A builder's mindset and comfort creating structure in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment

Genuine connection to Abridge's mission and excitement about helping emerging talent begin their careers here
