What You'll Be Doing
Manage plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through trial
Evaluate liability, insurance coverage, damages, and case value
Meet with clients and witnesses to build compelling cases
Conduct legal research and develop winning litigation strategies
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents
Handle depositions, mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and court conferences
Prepare and try cases before juries
Work with medical experts, economists, accident reconstructionists, and other specialists
Negotiate aggressively with insurance companies while always preparing every case as if it will be tried
Deliver exceptional client service throughout the litigation process
What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience
• Active New York Bar admission in good standing
• Trial preparation and courtroom experience
• Strong legal writing and research abilities
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple active litigation files

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $175,000–$250,000 (based on experience)
