Create a welcoming and professional front desk experience for visitors, residents, and staff

Provide excellent customer service and ensure every interaction is positive

Support administrative operations and daily office needs

Greet visitors, residents, and families with warmth and professionalism

Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls accurately

Provide general information and directions about the facility

Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and supply management

Help maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming front desk environment

High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office experience a plus!)

Full-time, stable schedule
