We are expanding our Behavior Services and are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our multidisciplinary team. We are expanding our Behavior Services and are seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our multidisciplinary team. Develop, implement, and update individualized ABA treatment plans and/or behavior intervention plans (BIP) based on assessment data, progress, patient needs, and clinical judgement
Collaborate and co-treat with other therapy providers to support coordinated, whole-child care
Support generalization of skills across clinic, home, and community environments
Provide ongoing clinical supervision, feedback, and mentorship to RBTs in accordance with BACB requirements.
Maintain ethical, child-centered practice and adhere to confidentiality and professional standards, including HIPAA and BACB guidelines
Uphold Circle Creek Therapy's values of Flexibility, Intentionality, Empathy, Resourcefulness, Collaboration, and Enthusiasm (FIERCE)
Master's degree from accredited university in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, Education, or related field
Active BCBA credential in good standing with the BACB
Completion of the 8-hour supervision training required by the BACB or willingness to obtain
Preferred experience working with individuals ages 2-18 with autism and/or other related developmental disabilities
