Head of Operations Management (m/w/d)

Comprehensive Logistics (CLI) is expanding, and we need driven Operations Supervisor leaders like you! Monitor operation of CMA equipment and systems.

Ensure that material is shipped to the customer in a timely manner.

Determine the need to Hot Shot material and ensure that the Five Alarm Process is initiated and executed.

Manage the shipping and receiving systems.

Responsible for On-the-Job Training of Material Movement Team Members.

Appraises the performance of Material Movement Team Members.

Rewarding and disciplining employees and addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Involved in Multi-disciplinary Five Phase Problem Solving Teams that directly drives company’s Continuous Improvement Process and Policies.

Maintain safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.

Minimum of a high school Diploma

Warehousing and Shipping/Receiving experience (Required)

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Schedule/ Shift: Monday - Thursday 6:00 AM-4:30 PM

Travel Requirements: Over Time: Ability to support Over Time hours as needed in support of Operations
