Quick Look ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, Operating Room (Day Shift) in Miami, Florida.

Day Shift: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Job Description

The Operating Room unit is equipped with 29 beds and has a dedicated team that includes 1 Charge RN, 2-3 RNs, 2 Techs, and a Clinical Coordinator. The unit performs a variety of procedures, including joint replacement, ENT, ortho, spine, urology, vascular, podiatry, thoracic surgery, and plastic surgery. The RN will be responsible for the observation, assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation of care for all patients.

Responsibilities

Provide quality patient care in the Operating Room.

Manage patient assessments and execute nursing interventions.

Document care accurately in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.

Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and procedural effectiveness.

Participate in training and mentorship of new staff and students as needed.

Required Experience

• 2 years of current experience in an acute Operating Room setting.
• Experience with orthopedic, spine, and joint replacement surgeries, particularly hip and knee replacements.
• Certifications in ACLS and BLS.

Certifications/Licensure

Active RN license.

ACLS and BLS certifications required; PALS and CNOR are preferred.
