Travel Certified Nurse Assistants work alongside fellow caregivers to provide compassionate daily care and services based on each resident's individualized plan of care and needs.Roles and ResponsibilitiesHelp residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed (activities of daily living)Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when neededCollaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well-beingProvide companionship, compassion, and encouragement to our residentsMaintain a safe and comfortable environmentQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED/HSE preferredActive state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification3-5 Years of relevant experience preferredValid and unencumbered driver's license requiredLocationUS-KY-Louisville Trilogy Health Services - Travel 303 N.
