Requirements Start date: November or as soon as credentialed Annual Patient Volume: 27692 ED Beds: 12 Documentation: Epic Physician Coverage: 24 Hours 7a-7p 7p-7a APC Coverage: 18-24 Hours Average PPHR: 0.6 during night 3.0 during day Must be BC/BE in Emergency Medicine Qualifications: Board Certified ABEM or AOBEM Active Indiana Medical License WILL CONSIDER IMLC CANDIDATES PLEASE SUBMIT LOQ WITH PRESENTATION Indiana DEA and CSR 2 years of recent Emergency Medicine experience Travel: Airfare lodging and Car Rental will be covered by the client Will need to name clear provider before sending full submission to the client.
