Schedule & Coverage

Standard physician shifts:

Emergency Medicine Practice Environment

Physicians practice in a 12-bed Emergency Department supported by extensive daily APP coverage. Epic is used for clinical documentation, and portable bedside ultrasound is available for emergency physician use.

With approximately 27,700 annual visits , the department offers substantive Emergency Medicine practice while maintaining particularly favorable overnight volumes.

Physician Requirements

• MD or DO
• Emergency Medicine training
• ABEM board certification or board eligibility
• Active Indiana medical license or ability to obtain one
• Appropriate state and federal controlled-substance credentials
• Current Emergency Medicine clinical experience
