Requirements Start Date: December 14th 2026 New Site Opening Annual Patient Volume: Anticipated volume of 40 patients per 24 Hours ED Beds: 12 exam rooms including 2 trauma bays and an isolation exam room Services offered: Labs CT X-ray Ultrasound EMR: Epic Physician Coverage: 24 Hours APC Coverage: 12 Hours As soon as it gets busy enough to add a 2nd APC it will be added Qualifications: Board Certified ABEM or AOBEM Active Indiana Medical License Indiana DEA and CSR 2 years of recent Emergency Medicine experience Travel: Airfare lodging and Car Rental will be covered by the client Will need to name clear provider before sending full submission to the client. Shift Info: Day 5x12-Hour 07:00 - 19:00
