Packer ( Entry Level) 2nd & 3rd Shift

Job Title: Packer

The Packer works in a fast-paced cleanroom production environment, packing materials as they come off the production line, building boxes, and staging products for shipment. This role requires consistent attention to detail, the ability to work on your feet for extended periods, and a strong focus on quality and speed while following written work instructions and standard operating procedures.

Pack materials as they come off the production machine, ensuring accuracy, quality, and correct quantities.

Build and assemble boxes and other packaging materials to prepare products for shipment.

Stage packed materials in designated areas for shipping in an organized and timely manner.

Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining high quality standards.

Inspect small parts and packaged items for defects or inconsistencies and report any issues promptly.

Follow cleanroom protocols, including proper gowning procedures and use of required personal protective equipment.

Use a computer to pull up work instructions and other job-related documentation as needed.

Stand for long periods in the same position, with periodic rotation approximately every two hours as needed.

Lift and move boxes and materials weighing up to 30 pounds on a regular basis.
