Head of Fitness Programming

Council Of State and Territorial Epidemiologists

TMG IS SEEKING A HIGHLY MOTIVATED FITNESS PROFESSIONAL LOOKING TO GROW THEIR CAREER IN A MATURE CORPORATE FITNESS FACILITY SETTING. POSITION SET AT 40-HOURS PER WEEK, PLUS COMMISSIONS FOR PERSONAL TRAINING AND GROUP FITNESS. CANDIDATES MUST HAVE A DEGREE IN HEALTH, FITNESS AND ORRELATED FIELD AND HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN A FITNESS SETTING.

Qualifications for Position

Exceptional organizational skills

Superior written and verbal communication skills

Lead & organizing of group fitness program

4 year degree - Health, Fitness or related field

Certified personal trainer and/or group fitness instructor.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Coordination of group fitness program

Coordination of all fitness facility memberships

Coordination of office supplies

Coordination of program and services schedules

Assist members with daily questions

Assist with programs and service promotions

Assist with challenges and other programs

Lead personal training sessions

Instruct group fitness classes

Provide education, exercise tips, assessments and guidance to members

General office duties
