Full-charge Bookkeeper

A growing home builder is seeking a detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day accounting functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands‑on environment and can take ownership of the full accounting cycle while supporting multiple entities.

Hybrid work schedule (Mix of in‑office and remote work - 30506)

Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance

Process invoices, vendor payments, and customer billing

Perform bank and credit card reconciliations

Assist with month‑end close and financial reporting

Handle payroll processing and related entries

Maintain organized and accurate financial recordsAssist with budgeting and provide reporting support as needed

Collaborate with leadership and accounting team to improve processes

5+ years of full charge bookkeeping experience

Experience in construction accounting required

Multi‑entity accounting experience is a plus
