Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a pre/post procedural unit. This role focuses on providing high-quality patient care for individuals undergoing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in the cardiac and vascular fields.

Manage and monitor patients in a procedural short stay unit, ensuring optimal care before and after catheterization lab, electrophysiology lab, and interventional radiology procedures.

Utilize telemetry monitoring for patients as needed, while assessing and documenting patient conditions.

Provide education and support to patients regarding their care related to arterial and venous access, including radial and ulnar access management.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and deliver patient-centered care.

Ensure hemostasis management for arterial and venous access patients.

Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience is required.

ACLS and BLS certifications are mandatory.

Experience with EPIC electronic health record system is required.

Telemetry experience is essential.

Previous charge nurse experience is required.

Knowledge of cardiac and vascular patient populations, including Same Day PCI patients, is critical.

This position requires working three 12-hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM, Monday through Friday. There are no weekend or holiday shifts required.
