Hook It Up Fish & Chips brings a fresh take on a classic favorite to the heart of Santa Fe. Located just steps from the historic Santa Fe Plaza, Hook It Up serves up crispy fried fish, succulent shrimp, golden chicken and perfectly paired chips in a casual, energetic setting.

You’ll work alongside a supportive food and beverage team in a fast-paced restaurant environment with opportunities to learn, grow and build your hospitality experience.
What You’ll Do
Wash and properly sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils and kitchen equipment
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout dishwashing and kitchen areas
Keep cooks and service teams stocked with clean dishes and equipment
Remove trash and maintain designated waste and recycling areas
Clean floors, work surfaces and kitchen equipment as assigned
Properly use and store cleaning chemicals according to safety standards
Assist with basic kitchen cleaning and closing duties
Follow all sanitation, food safety and workplace safety procedures
Support the kitchen team wherever needed during busy service periods
Help maintain a clean, safe and efficient work environment
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by your direct supervisor, Executive Chef/Owner
Requirements
Dependable and able to work effectively as part of a team
Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Ability to follow directions and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically active work
Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
Previous restaurant or stewarding experience preferred, but not required
