As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you'll help patients regain the skills, strength, and confidence they need to perform everyday activities safely while remaining in the comfort of their own homes.

What You\'ll Do Complete occupational therapy evaluations, reassessments, and discharge visits
Provide skilled occupational therapy services in patients\' homes
Assess home environments and recommend adaptive equipment and safety modifications
Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques, energy conservation, home safety, adaptive equipment, and activities of daily living
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
Qualifications Active Virginia Occupational Therapist License Required
Home Health Experience Preferred but Not Required
Experience with WellSky Home Health is a plus
