Healthcare Construction | General Contractor
A highly respected General Contractor is confidentially seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing healthcare construction division in Nashville.
This role is ideal for a construction professional with strong experience managing complex healthcare projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Responsibilities:
- Lead ground-up and renovation healthcare projects
- Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
- Coordinate with field teams and ownership groups
- Drive project execution while maintaining quality and safety standards
Requirements:
- 5+ years of GC Project Management experience
- Healthcare construction experience strongly preferred
- Experience with hospitals, medical office buildings, surgery centers, or healthcare renovations
- Strong communication and leadership skills
