Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiac Care, Full Time, Night

Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiac Stepdown
Role Overview: Utilizes the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by team members. Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights, and upholds confidentiality in alignment with organizational standards and values.
Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care using the nursing process
Assess and evaluate care effectiveness
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
Uphold patient rights and confidentiality
Perform duties consistent with organizational mission and standards
Qualifications & Skills Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Associate, Diploma, or BSN)
Current RN license in Missouri or valid compact license
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Preferred: Prior hospital experience, BSN, specialty certifications
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform clinical duties requiring bending, reaching, and twisting
Additional Information Full-time role with night shifts, 36 hours/week
Sign-on bonuses up to $10,000 for experienced nurses and $5,000 for new graduates
