Registered Nurse (Rn) Residential Treatment Center

Nextaff is seeking compassionate and skilled registered nurses (rns) to join a dedicated healthcare team at a residential treatment center in johnston, iowa. this is an excellent opportunity for nurses who are passionate about providing patient-centered care in a structured, collaborative environment while making a meaningful impact on individuals working toward improved health and wellness.

as a registered nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care, administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the safety and well-being of residents.

perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.

administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.

monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in health status.

maintain accurate and timely electronic medical documentation.

collaborate with physicians, behavioral health professionals, therapists, and other healthcare staff.

ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations.

promote a safe, therapeutic, and respectful environment for all residents.

active iowa registered nurse (rn) license or compact rn license eligible to practice in iowa.

previous nursing experience preferred; experience in residential care, behavioral health, mental health, substance use treatment, or long-term care is a plus.

12-hour shifts

day and night shift opportunities available
competitive pay: $45$48 per hour
weekly pay through nextaff
