Head of Product, Healthcare

Latent is building the intelligence infrastructure for healthcare. Our clinical AI platform helps health systems streamline medication access by automating complex workflows — prior authorizations, appeals, and 340B compliance. By surfacing relevant clinical evidence from EHR data, we reduce administrative burden and accelerate time-to-therapy for patients.
We 10x'd revenue last year and now work with 40+ of the nation's leading health systems — including Mount Sinai, UCSF, Yale, Ochsner, and Mayo Clinic.
We move fast, operate with high ownership, and build products that directly improve patient care. What You'll Do Product Strategy & Ownership Define product strategy and roadmap aligned with company goals and customer needs
Own product outcomes and metrics for the areas of the platform you lead
Customer Insight & Discovery Work directly with healthcare customers to understand clinical workflows and operational challenges
Balance customer input with long-term vision and strategic priorities
Execution & Cross-Functional Leadership Partner with engineering, design, and commercial teams to build and ship products quickly
Write clear product specs and make trade-offs to unblock development
Drive projects from concept through launch and iteration
Metrics & Continuous Improvement Define success metrics and run experiments to measure product performance
Use data and customer feedback to continuously improve features and workflows
What We’re Looking For Product Experience: 5+ years in product management (or equivalent in engineering, product strategy, or a related field) building enterprise SaaS, AI/automation, or complex workflow products
Customer Obsession: Nice to Have Experience with AI-powered or data-driven products
Experience building products for operational or workflow-driven use cases
0-to-1 product development experience
Comfort with data and developer tooling: SQL, AI coding assistants (e.g., Ship products that directly improve patient access to life-saving medications
