Job Details We are seeking a Corporate Transactions Attorney to advise clients on entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, business startups, corporate matters, and business transactions.
Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents, purchase agreements, operating agreements, and related business contracts.
Provide practical legal guidance on corporate structuring, business operations, and transaction strategy.
Work directly with clients, partners, and attorneys in a collaborative boutique practice group.
Collaborate across offices and practice teams to deliver high quality legal service.
Juris Doctor or Master of Laws from an American Bar Association accredited law school required.
