Life/Health Insurance Underwriters Needed!

Senior Endorsement Underwriter is a critical technical role within the Underwriting Center, responsible for underwriting analysis, pricing, and negotiation of commercial policy changes and service requirements. This role manages a complex portfolio of business, serving as a key liaison between field underwriters and agency partners. You will exercise independent judgment to ensure that all endorsements align with our corporate risk appetite while maintaining high‑touch service standards for our brokerage plant.

Evaluate and underwrite complex endorsement requests by analyzing loss history, exposure changes, and policy forms to ensure continued account profitability.

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned brokers and field offices, managing the end‑to‑end service lifecycle of the portfolio to ensure high retention and account integrity.

Partner closely with Local/Field Underwriters to communicate the impact of endorsements on renewals and long‑term account strategies.

3-5 years of experience in commercial insurance underwriting, financial services, or a high‑volume analytical risk environment.

Strong foundational knowledge of P&C underwriting principles, policy language, and risk assessment methodologies.

Demonstrated ability to convey complex financial or risk‑based concepts clearly and persuasively to both internal stakeholders and external agents.

Proficiency in modern underwriting platforms, CRM tools, and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
