Build and manage your own pipeline, meeting borrowers and lenders to identify creative financing strategies.
Partner with our top-tier investment sales and research teams to produce best-in-class loan packages and market intelligence.
Analyze capital stacks, financials, and market trends to craft tailored debt solutions.
Pitch alongside our investment sales brokers, elevating TerraCRG’s execution and presence across the borough.
2+ years of experience in debt brokerage or commercial investment sales
Strong understanding of CRE finance, deal structure, underwriting, and capital markets
Thrive on relationship-building — from cold calls to networking events
Comfortable working across divisions — investment sales, research, leasing
An active CRE brokerage platform — 50+ deals annually, $3B+ historical volume
Access to a robust research engine, extensive databases, and a massive owner and developer network
