As a Security Officer in Sugar Land, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a chemical and petrochemical location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security‑related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Full Time

Security Experience - 6+ Months (C112)

Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access control practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, spills, unusual conditions, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production support areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and report security‑related concerns.

Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and document deliveries, contractor activity, and other site access events according to local procedures.

Complete required reports, logs, and shift activity documentation, and support emergency drills, evacuations, and other security‑related assignments as directed.

At least 6 months of security‑related experience is required.

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
