Monday - Friday | 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM
(We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Custodian to support evening cleaning operations at a professional office complex in the downtown Birmingham area near the Old Woodward corridor.
This position is focused on vacuuming, dusting, and maintaining a clean, organized, and professional office environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, able to work independently, and takes pride in completing detailed cleaning work after normal business hours.
Perform routine custodial duties throughout office and common areas
Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
Report any facility concerns or supply needs to management
Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred
Ability to wear and use a backpack vacuum during the shift
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
Comfortable working in a professional office environment
Pay $15 - $16 per hour
This job reports to the Operations Manager
This is a Part-Time position 2nd Shift .
