Associate Attorney
Our client is a nationally recognized plaintiffs' law firm focusing on personal injury, mass tort, and environmental litigation. For more than two decades, the firm has helped thousands of individuals obtain fair compensation for injuries caused by negligence, defective drugs, medical devices, and other harmful products. The firm is dedicated to high-quality advocacy, client-centered service, and meaningful results for injured individuals.
This is a full-time, on-site associate attorney role based in Roslyn, NY. The associate attorney will handle all phases of litigation, including case evaluation, legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and participating in discovery. The attorney will collaborate with colleagues to maintain high professional and ethical standards while advancing clients' interests.
Strong foundation in law, on the personal injury plaintiff side for two years.
Experience drafting and motions.
Skill in planning, taking, and defending depositions.
Active license to practice law in New York; Excellent written and oral advocacy skills, including clear communication with clients, courts, and colleagues.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage a litigation caseload independently.
