Duration: 12 Months

Schedule: Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote

Position Overview

We are seeking a Project Delivery Manager to coordinate IT project delivery, manage schedules and risks, support requirements, and ensure project activities and deliverables are completed successfully.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience in a healthcare insurance IT environment.
• Project planning experience involving technical effort estimation and resource allocation.

Responsibilities

Manage project planning and delivery activities.

Develop and maintain project plans and schedules.

Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation actions.

Coordinate technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

Track project deliverables and milestones.

Prepare project status reports and management documentation.

Assist with requirements development.

Coordinate project information across internal and external organizations.

Support portfolio and program planning.

Manage multiple high-priority projects and competing deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SharePoint and standard project management tools.

Knowledge of Visio, PowerPoint, MS Project, Word, Access, and Excel.

Experience with risk management.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong stakeholder engagement abilities.

Medicaid or healthcare delivery systems experience preferred.

PMP certification preferred.

Required Certifications

~ None required. Recognized technical and project management certifications are desirable.
