As a trusted non-medical home care agency, our mission is to help seniors maintain their independence and dignity while living safely and comfortably at home. We are seeing dedicated and compassionate Caregivers to join our growing team.
As a Caregiver, you will provide non-medical support and companionship to elderly clients in their homes. The caregiver is responsible for assisting clients with their daily activities of living including but not limited to – bathing, grooming, toileting, transfers, meal preparation, transportation, light housekeeping, pet care etc. The caregiver duties are not limited to those listed in the job description and may change depending on the needs of the client. The Caregiver will mostly work independently of co-workers and/or supervisors and therefore must balance good judgement and initiative while adhering to Golden Years Policies and Procedures. This role is ideal for someone who is empathetic, dependable, and passionate about helping others live with dignity and comfort. Caregivers work in the client’s home or places of residence (assisted living facilities, nursing homes, etc.). Caregivers are responsible for their own transportation to and from work sites.
Provide companionship and emotional support to elderly clients in their place of residence

• Help with light housekeeping such as dishes, laundry, vacuuming, etc.
• Follow individualized care plans and communicate any changes in client’s needs to supervisors
• Maintain accurate and daily care notes and documentation
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site
• Valid CPR and First Aid Certification
• Effectively read, write, and communicate verbally in English
