Machine Minder (2nd Shift)

Set‑Up Machine Operator (CNC) - 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift
Type: Full‑Time | Contract‑to‑Hire
- st Shift (7am-3pm) - $24/hour
- nd Shift (3pm-11pm) - $25/hour
- rd Shift (11pm-7am) - $26/hour
Established manufacturer operating in a 63,000 sq. ft. facility, producing custom aluminum mechanical electrical connectors and terminal lugs used in power distribution and wiring applications. S. and long production runs.
We are hiring Set‑Up Machine Operators to set up and operate custom, CNC‑controlled Feederbar machines with up to 8 tooling stations. This is a hands‑on mechanical role ideal for someone with machining experience and strong blueprint reading skills.
Set up Feederbar CNC machines (install and change tooling as needed)
Perform quality checks in partnership with Quality Department
Maintain equipment and ensure safe operation
Prior machining or CNC setup experience required
Strong mechanical background (CNC repair experience is a plus)
Stand for 6+ hours per shift
Must be able to read and write in English
