Administrative Assistant II
Element Midland has an opportunity for an Administrative Assistant II , primarily responsible for processing routine business operations in project and finance systems.
The Operations Support Specialist may also be involved in receiving orders, managing inventory, and assisting with information storage and retrieval (both electronic and physical). Receive incoming shipments & assist with customer pickup and return of samples
Review customer PO's, and enter work orders into LIMS and Financial System
Verify that orders received include all necessary paperwork to allow for proper testing of samples, follow-up with appropriate stakeholders in case of discrepancies.
Interact with internal departments on questions or issues related to particular projects
Assist accounts payable with processing invoices received
Ensures all work is performed in accordance with company safety and quality policies and procedures and regulatory agency regulations
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
