Role Description: Family Law Attorney Opportunity Setter Roche Smith & Shellenberger LLP (SRSS) is looking to add an experienced attorney to its Family & Juvenile Law team. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in family and/or juvenile law with trial experience . The position offers hybrid or largely remote work , depending on experience and support needs.
SRSS offers strong internal systems, exceptional support staff, hands‑on mentorship, and a genuine commitment to work‑life balance— no rigid billable hour requirements . Our attorneys manage high‑quality cases from start to finish in a collaborative team environment.
Compensation & Benefits Total compensation is expected to range from $130,000-$160,000+ , DOE, with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k) with match, CLEs, bar dues, parking stipend, and more.
