Job Description Human Resources Manager
This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, payroll, and employee records. The ideal candidate is a hands-on HR professional with 3+ years of HR management experience who is comfortable wearing multiple hats in a corporate-supported HR environment. This individual will partner with leadership, support employee development, ensure compliance with company policies, and supervise the Office Manager.

Manage recruitment activities and coordinate the hiring process.
Process new hires, conduct new employee orientations, and complete reference checks.
Partner with managers on employee concerns, performance issues, and disciplinary actions.
Respond to employee questions regarding benefits, policies, and HR-related matters.
Manage payroll and coordinate the twice-monthly distribution of timesheets and paychecks.
Process salary increases, bonuses, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
Supervise the Office Manager.
Minimum of 3 years of HR Manager experience required.
Experience managing multiple HR functions.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment practices, and compliance requirements.
Experience supervising employees and supporting department managers.
Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently in a hands-on role.
