Overnight Cook/Prep Cook

As a Cook, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality meals that meet our first-class hospitality standards in a fast-paced airport environment. From national brands to local concepts, you'll prepare, cook, and present food with precision, consistency, and pride. Prepare and cook menu items following recipes and brand standards

Ensure food quality, consistency, and proper portioning at all times

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment

Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations and procedures

Properly store, label, and rotate food items

Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

Assist with inventory, restocking, and prep planning

Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations

Support overall kitchen operations and assist where needed

Food safety certification (ServSafe or equivalent) required by state

Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
