Head of Engineering and Project Management

Job TitleLead technical program and project management for the E*1.2/CL8min in-house development, focusing on IVI (In-Vehicle Infotainment) hardware, software, and applications.Drive cross-functional collaboration between US and DE teams using bi-weekly milestone roadmaps and productivity metrics.Plan and coordinate up to 3 vehicle demonstration events by end of 2025, ensuring PoC readiness, stakeholder briefings, and content preparation.Maintain weekly progress trackers covering cost, milestones, technical readiness, and quality; publish monthly variance reports with corrective actions.Develop and distribute standardized weekly reports on HW/SW/App development status and risk tracking.Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and program status meetings to resolve blockers and escalate issues as needed.Collaborate with engineering, product, finance, purchasing, and brand teams to ensure alignment and accountability.Proven experience in technical project/program management, preferably in infotainment, automotive, or connected systems.Strong ability to track milestones, manage risks, and report progress to executive/C-suite stakeholders.Experience coordinating demonstration events and managing cross-regional (US/EU) teams.Proficiency in structured reporting, agile methodologies, and stakeholder communication.
