The Staff Pharmacist provides clinical pharmacy services, sterile compounding oversight, and operational support to ensure safe, effective, and compliant patient care.

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required; Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Master of Science in Pharmacy preferred.

Demonstrated ability to problem solve and supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff.

Participation and membership in professional pharmacy societies and organizations preferred.

Demonstrated dependable attendance and consistent job performance.

Knowledge of pharmacy systems and regulations

Ability to prioritize competing demands while maintaining quality and compliance standards
