$30.00–$39.00/hour + Shift Differentials | Full-Time & Part-Time

Mountain Vista Senior Living is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care and support within our community. Shift Differentials: Evenings +$3.00/hour | Nights +$1.00/hour | Weekend Days +$3.00/hour | Weekend Evenings +$4.00/hour | Weekend Nights +$4.00/hour

Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available; 6:00am–6:00pm or 6:00pm–6:00am shifts

Support residents in maintaining their highest level of physical, mental, and social well-being

Conduct resident assessments and participate in care planning

Implement and evaluate care interventions

Collaborate with residents, families, and staff to develop individualized care plans

Must be at least 18 years of age or older

Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English

Graduate of an accredited LPN program

Active LPN license required

Long-term care experience preferred but not required
