Licensed Practical Nurse Lpn Part-Time 4:00pm-10:30pm $33-$39.45 P/h + $1.50 /h Night Differential

Responsible for organizing, directing and implementing resident care in accordance with the company standards and as required by state and federal regulations.

Essential duties include attending resident care conferences, maintaining resident care plans, preparing and administering medications, documenting patient care issues, recognizing and identifying signs and symptoms, supervising and directing ancillary personnel, and other duties as assigned.

Basic qualifications and experience include a colorado state licensed practical nurse license, in good standing, 1-year experience in a long-term care facility preferred, 1-year experience in overseeing and monitoring other staff preferred, iv certification preferred, computer word processing and database experience, ability to read, write and speak english, and excellent customer service skills.

Working conditions/physical requirements include moderate physical effort, possible exposure to chemicals, blood borne pathogens and other infectious diseases, sitting, standing, bending and moving intermittently during working hours, subject to frequent interruptions, and interacting with residents, family members, and visitors frequently.
