Shift Differentials for 2nd and 3rd Shifts

Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm

Sets-up and operates machines in area assigned, performing duties with little or no supervision.

Obtains prints, tools, collets, wheels, gaging and fixtures as required, changes and replaces tools as required to assure parts are produced in accordance with tolerances and specifications as called for on blue print.

Assures compliance with job specifications by inspecting parts as produced using micrometers, verniers, gages and/or other measuring equipment.

Reports any problems, difficulties immediately to lead/supervisor.

Maintains area, equipment and tools in neat, orderly condition. Maintains records or other data as required

Assists in training other operators.

Ability to operate support equipment as necessary for department.

Responsible for production quantity, quality and good machining practices.

Observes all company policies, rules and regulations including attendance, adhering to specified break schedule, good housekeeping, safety and security.

High School Diploma or GED and 2-4 years' experience.

Ability to use all required measurement and inspection equipment.

Ability to assemble and disassemble production tooling and machinery.

Basic understanding of company-wide manufacturing processes.
