Human Resources Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist supports day-to-day HR operations by administering employee relations, HR programs, and compliance activities across the organization. The role is responsible for executing HR processes, supporting employees and managers, and maintaining accurate HR data and documentation. Success in this role results in consistent HR service delivery, improved employee experience, and compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

Support employee relations activities including issue resolution, documentation, and policy interpretation.

Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.

Assist managers with performance management processes including documentation and coaching support.

Support recruiting activities including job postings, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication.

Assist with workforce planning activities and staffing support as directed by HR leadership.

Track recruiting metrics and maintain candidate records within HR systems.

Partner with hiring managers to support efficient and effective hiring processes.

Administer HR processes including employee records, data entry, and documentation management.

Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and internal procedures.

Maintain HRIS data accuracy and support reporting requirements for HR metrics.

Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.

Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands.

Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

• 3-5 years of experience in human resources or related support roles required
• Experience supporting employee relations, HR operations, and recruiting processes.
• Working knowledge of HRIS systems and employee data management.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems supporting reporting and documentation.
