As a Remote Client Relationship Representative , you'll work directly with clients through virtual appointments and ongoing communication.

Client Support Responsibilities

Meet with clients through Zoom and phone appointments

Review existing policies and explain available solutions

Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and policy updates

Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up communication

Participate in virtual training and mentorship programs

Continue developing communication and relationship-building skills

Collaborate with a supportive remote team
