Machine Minder (3rd Shift)

Join Amcor as a Slitting Operator and play a key role in producing high-quality laminated products that protect what's important. You'll operate slitting rewinders, ensure safety and quality standards, and contribute to a team focused on collaboration and continuous improvement.

Schedule Shift: Nights Monday - Thursday, 6:45 p.m. - Compensation & Benefits Pay: $22.50-$27.93/hour + $1.50/hour night shift premium

Overtime: 1.5x pay for hours over 40 per week

Responsibilities Set up and operate laminators to meet quality and productivity goals

Troubleshoot lamination, web handling, and equipment issues

Inspect adhesion quality, identify defects, and ensure customer specifications are met

Follow all safety and chemical handling procedures

Assist with training team members

Maintain housekeeping standards and support process improvements

Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of web handling experience; Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills

Computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems

Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)

Commitment to teamwork, safety, and quality
